Having frequented this place for nearly two decades, they continue to serve up quality food at reasonable prices in a great old-fashioned family atmosphere -- and of course, the model trains!

Whenever we visit PA, we MUST visit Jimmy Johns! I am a bit of a fitness nut and typically eat a healthy diet--mostly veggies and salads--but not when I visit Jimmy's. The food here is out of this world--their hot dogs are the best ever. We always buy a 5 lb box to take back with us to MA. I... More

Happened to be in the area on Friday at lunchtime. I walked in and was waited on immediately, hot dog was 1.80. Still delicious, I put fried onions and kraut on it this time as I was driving and eating - couldn't risk spilling mustard. I LOVE Jimmy John's hot dogs, best ever. They serve hamburgers, but you can get... More

Been going since my oldest (45) was little. Great good fun trains for all the kids large and small. Only been 2 owners and it's mostly the same. Had a awful fire and rebuilt and still a great family place.

The history behind JJ's is worth the visit. I can remember going there as a child and enjoyed taking my children and friends new to area there as well. Not the healthiest of options but the splurge was always fun and loved the tradition of the joint.

I have been going to Jimmy John's since the 1960's. Even though it has changed hands and been redone since a fire, it still has good food at reasonable prices.

We've been eating at Jimmy John's for years but recently moved to Florida. Each time to come up to visit the area a stop at Jimmy John's is a must. Not gourmet, but the hot dogs (get skinless for the kiddies), fries and milk shakes are yummy!

Used to be a great place to eat but not anymore. The hot dogs skin was thick and chewy the chocolate milk shake anything but. Needless to say I will not return!

I have been coming to Jimmy Johns since I was a child. They have great cheese steaks, burgers, and hot dogs. They still have trains and the original booths from when it first opened. Only stop if you are interested in comfort food. I don't think they have salads.

Not to be missed. Started in the 40's. Lots of pictures abound on the walls. Kids love it for all the trains-many that can be started with few coins. We adults like it because we've been coming for ever. My father-55 years. Me-53 and yes I saw Mr. John a couple of times. my father eats the hot dogs that... More
