Spent valentines day dinner here with my wife. We shared an appetizer of Cajun Popcorn which is fried crawfish tails with a mustard sauce. Very tasty but very big. Entrée was Seafood Etoufee that was loaded with large shrimp, scallops and crawfish and finished off with a dessert of Bananas Foster. Awesome taste to everything, prompt and attentive service and... Visited with another couple and was excellent as always. Try the voodoo shrimp, if you dare! Have always had good luck with food and service.

delicious appetizers, great choices, food with a tasty "kick". This is a great place to take those new to the area. It is informal and the food is great. It can get a bit crowded for dinner

Always love the food here! The appetizers are the BEST and fun to share w/ larger groups. Almost always order some sort of cajun seafood pasta dish!

We have gone to High Street Café for years and the reason is the consistently great food and the friendly/fun staff and atmosphere. Whether you are going for a drink at the bar the appetizers are all good or meeting a couple for dinner you will really like High Street. I do believe they have a BYOB Sunday night which... More

The High Street Cafe used to be a great place to get a very good meal. Very disappointed in our last visit. Very cold temperature in the restaurant and the food was subpar. Will never go back there again

The food was amazing!! A small place, highly recommend making reservations. Parking is difficult but well worth the visit.

If you were just walking by this restaurant you wouldn't think much of it. It's got some unique interior decor and the light fixtures are fairly bizarre. But the food... the food is divine. Easily the best food in the area and make sure to get voodoo sauce with your meal for some delicious heat.

This place is great. The food specials are truly special each day, and the regular menu is tops. They sometimes get a band in at night, so check the website from time to time, I've only seen a local group known as The Sermon, but the very personable owner is a former rocker himself, so you never know. Bar staff... More

If you want to taste of the south, here's your spot! The New Orleans palette in High Street Caffe offers a wide variety of dishes that you can't find anywhere else in West Chester. The quality of the food is amazing, from alligator to crawfish to jambalaya to their tuna steak. You can't go wrong!
