Looks nice and food was ok. This restaurant is very overpriced for what you get, lots of reheated foods. Servers were friendly but this restaurant seems to attrack a lot of the good old boys in for a beer.

The Golden Rooster had amazing authentic Thai food. Service was amazing. Always friendly. The owners are now retiring to Thailand. :(
Super lunch of Thai shrimp rolls & Won Ton Soup, but the proprietors have sold the house and will be gone by the end of July. We shall miss them.
This place is consistently outstanding! We've never had a bad meal! Everything is delicious every time! Run by a Thai couple for many years, the food is PERFECTION!!! We have a getaway farm in the area and typically order Take Out from The Golden Rooster...More

Although the food is quite tasty, do not go here if you have a large group, OR if you are in a hurry! We waited FOREVER for our food and by the time we all got our dishes, some were finished already!
This place is amazing. I've worked downtown Toronto for 13 years and this is the real deal. The chef is Thai and her husband runs the dining room. You will have to wait, as it's only the two of them, but the food is worth...More

This restaurant is in an old house. It has been around for years, not sure how it stays open. When you first walk in it smells musty. Prices are great, but food is horrible. I had eggs benedict for breakfast and honestly COULD NOT EAT...More
