We had lunch at SNOB on our final day in Charleston and really enjoyed our time there. The staff were all very friendly, and the decor was quite interesting. The menu had many things we wanted to try, but we had to settle on just two for the two of us. My wife had the Avocado Toast. The title doesn't... More

Thanks to our waiter, Jimmy Ray, for excellent service and elevating our evening at SNOB. He was full of recommendations and great conversation. Even brought us tastings of a couple of wines when we couldn't decide which one to order. Our dinner was very good, especially the shrimp and grits. But I have to say I was disappointed in the... Weekend After-Thanksgiving shopping had us running late; called and moved reservation to three hours later; no problem. Most pleasant atmosphere, similar to East Bay Street high standards. Variety of menu was diverse; we tried numerous unfamiliar items, and enjoyed them all. Wait staff was superb and attentive.

Enjoyed our last meal at this terrific restaurant. I had the pork chop and it was exceptional. Nice atmosphere. Cozy but lively. Highly recommend.

We walked past this lovely restaurant in the afternoon and decide to see if had reservations for dinner. Earliest was 9:30pm but told us to come by for other options. We came by around 6 pm and were able to sit at bar for dinner. I usually don't eat crab cakes but decided to try since first time in Charleston... More

My experience here was very good. I went with a group for lunch here during the week of thanksgiving. The atmosphere is awesome and the service was incredible. Every time my water was half finished it would promptly be refilled. The lunch menu was diverse as well. I had the swordfish, which is generally served over a salad. I am... More

Have been going to SNOB's since it's conception. I cannot say enough about it. It's manager Peter who has been there eleven years is fabulous. He keeps all running smoothly while maintaining an atmosphere of warmth, welcome, and graciousness. SNOB's is a favorite of locals. It maintains a high standard of excellence while providing a real culinary treat. I cannot... More

The lunch specials are very reasonable and the food was delicious. It's a casual feeling place with an upscale food but without the price.

Description
Slightly North of Broad is a Lowcountry bistro that brings together an abundance of local ingredients and thoughtful, expert presentation with a friendly, contagious energy. Here the dining room is a natural extension of the kitchen, a place where culinary skill, a clever, considered wine program, warm service, and conversations meld together. Our local farmers, fishermen and producers are as integral to the food we make as they are to our place in this community.
