We stopped in for a quick lunch and it was an excellent choice. The baked potatoes were massive and the pulled pork on top was very tender. Would highly recommend.

Good food with reasonable prices in a great location in Charleston. We had a nice table with a view of King St. The best was we ordered at the cashier and didn't have to worry about tipping. King St is very busy for parking so we found a great parking garage near to the bus station.

Checked this out based on great reviews. Long line but well worth it. The buscuits are amazing. The banana cream pie was the best I've ever had. Seriously. The staff were all so warm, friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our visit great. We picked up some bottles of bbq sauces and biscuit mix to take home... More

Love this place!!!! We were feeling too lazy to go far for dinner & wanted to try local BarBQue. This was a great choice! Nick's is not fancy, but you walk in, order what you want, pay & sit. The counter girl was very helpful, offered tastes of unfamiliar beer, and made menu suggestions. Pulled pork was the choice for... More

The atmosphere is very comfortable. The food was only average. It was less than we expected and we were disappointed. The price was reasonable, but we have had far better and more tasty bar-b-q.

The King Charles Inn recommended Nick's to a weary group of travelers who had been in the car for nine hours. We quickly accepted the recommendation and were there in no time. The pink neon pig outside was a beacon for us. The restaurant was spacious and clean. Servers and managers were observed working well as a team and interacting... More

I'm used to the "Jim N' Nicks" version in Destin, Florida. Apparently this one is just owned by Nick. Regardless of who owns it, it's delicious! As always the pulled chicken sandwich didn't disappoint - moist chicken with lots of flavor. And the fries are always a must. So glad we ran into this in Charleston!

Just found this place walking down King Street. The smells pulled us in. Loved the very casual atmosphere. Did have to stand in line about 15 min to order but totally worth it. I had BBQ nachos...yummy! The ribs were great too. And had an awesome cocktail

I went here as a part of a culinary tour and didn't recognize the connection to Jim N Nick's until I saw the food sample. Delicious with multiple sauce options, including Alabama BBQ sauce.
