When I'm in town I always go to the Sea Cow at least once a week. The Turkey Rubin is so generous I almost always have a second lunch left over. Fries too. And there dinner blue plate specials are hardly heart healthy but always cooked to Southern perfection. I avoid their desserts because they are the road to ruin.... More

This place gets busy very quickly but always has consistent breakfast! I haven't been to Sea Cow during any other meal period besides breakfast but the staff is very courteous, attentive and the food is great!

Tried the corn beef hash this time and it was so good! The omelets are always fantastic and so are the gravy biscuits. It does take a while so have patience! Definitely worth it!

Nothing fancy...just good home style cooking. Beach-like joint. 2 little shops to browse in if there's a wait. Friendly wait staff, been around for a while. Like coming home when they see you, even if you're just a tourist.

Visited the Seacow for breakfast and lunch. Ingredients were very fresh and the portions were huge. Great conversation with staff and other diners

We ate dinner and the place was about half full so the lapses in service cannot be attributed to being too busy. The initial "welcome" was anything but enthusiastic which was consistent attitude the remainder of our interaction with everyone there. We sat on the covered porch and I had grilled scallops, coleslaw, and beer battered fries and my wife... More

We have been to Edisto three times now, and we always eat several meals at Sea Cow. Fantastic breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Some of our favorites are the pancakes, french toast, omelets, crab cakes, pies, and of course the cheese grits! We've never been disappointed with anything we've ordered. Service depends a bit on how busy they are, but always... More

It had been a couple years since we traveled to the Island and we were pleased to see Sea Cow had actually expanded. Our first meal was breakfast, been craving their grits. I had the 2 egg omelet with mushrooms and spinanch and of course grits. I was definitely not disappointed. The omelet was very good and packed with toppings.... More

The best homemade vinaigrette I have ever had! The salad was so fresh and tasty. I really enjoyed this restaurant and would definitely go back. I would suggest the Moo Cobb Salad and the Oyster Po' Boy. Both were delicious. Their fresh iced tea was good too!!!! The wait was long and we were there around 2 in the afternoon.... More
