They have THE best country coooking anywhere around here! The mac & cheese is as good as homemade! The biscuits are the flat kind, not the too thick to enjoy kind!

If you like good crust on your fried chicken and home cooked biscuits, then Mr. B's is for you! They even sell their biscuits in the local grocery stores - they are that good! The buffet is only on weekends and it is packed after...More

We visited Mr. B's for the first time yesterday. We took a detour home and just ran across it. The parking lot was full so we figured this must be a locals favorite. Wow, it sure must be! The food was amazing! The staff is...More

we are from the west coast but I think it was good Southern food all you could eat for a good price. Of course it is your choice if you eat healthy or not, but it was all there. The best part was that you...More

If you go on Sunday get there early, once church lets out it gets packed but that tells you how good the buffet is if that many people go there to eat. Good Southern cooking

My wife and daughter-in-law says that Mr B's has the best fried chicken they have ever eaten and all you can buffet at that. All of their food is spectacular!

Great small town restaurant, stuff is friendly and food is good. The only negative things I can say is that they they stay too busy for such little staff and the building is a little run down. Other than that, they are a great restaurant.

We visited this restaurant on a Sunday about 1:00. The parking lot was jammed with cars. It was the only non-chain place for miles that we could find. $21.00 for 2 all-you care-to-eat meals, including tea. I didn't expect much, but the food was good....More

Is showing up when they open on Sunday at 11 a.m. the best time? I am assuming it gets real crowded after the churches let out around noon or so. Right?

We are looking for a good place that is totally smoke-free and does NOT serve alcohol. Is Mr. B's a family place like this? Do you only serve catfish as a seafood? I'm asking because I read on a review that you only served catfish. We want seafood, like shrimp, fish, & oysters. Do you ever serve this? thanks, J. Sellers

I believe that it was smoke-free as I do not smoke and I probably would have noticed it if someone were smoking. What we had was good, but we saw no seafood or fish on the buffet and I don't remember seeing a menu. Maybe... More
