I don't do reviews often but think this one is well earned. Visiting from out of town recently we took our family out to dinner for what ended as nothing less than perfect. Tim made it all look easy, the food especially the lasagna was outstanding. We will definitely return.
We traveled up beach to this restaurant that came highly recommended. We found a lively, warm and inviting place with fun staff (Robin), an extensive menu and wine list. It is easy to see why it is so popular. We enjoyed the food, drinks and wine. Robin recommended wine we really enjoyed. We had the veal, the tilapia and clams... More
The place is small and it's formal. But very worth going, must call in advance because it's usually a wait. Try the chicken parm and you will not be disappointed. Good service.
Went for the very first time on new years eve. Have heard many great things about this restaurant. Unfortunately my experience was not great,it was not even good,or mediocre. I was very disappointed. Our server was exceptional. It was not her fault that our high, fixed price meal was awful. I understand that it was a holiday and that a... More
We wanted a nice sit-down meal and we were very happy with our experience, start to finish! We stared with escargot, they were pretty good (cooked well), but I would try something else next time. For entrees we had: Lobster Thermador and that was very tasty! But, my lobster was quite over-done. And, Osso Buco and that was very good!!... More
We had 17 people in our group on a Friday night. The waist staff met the challenge and provided excellent service. The veal Florentne with a side of shaghetti was very good. This restaurant is locally owned and they take great pride in their craft. We were from out of town and we will be back.
We sort of overwhelmed the place! They did a WONDERFUL job. Our entrees all arrived piping hot and delicious; prices very reasonable for the portions served. I really enjoyed the Veal and my wife loved the Eggplant. Others enjoyed Osso Bucco and Grouper. The Malbec that was offered was delicious.
Salad was fresh, wonderful bread with very tasty oil to dip it in. I had the chicken piccata that came with penne pasta. It was very good. My husband had the special and he really enjoyed it. Robyn was our waitress and she was very nice and friendly. Definitely will be going back.
We've been to Myrtle Beach a million times and finally decided to give Ciao a try-now don't be put off by the outside and the location in a strip mall. Once you get inside it is very nice, soothing, and relaxing with good service. And the food is wonderful.
