About
The Walpole Arms, Itteringham, dating back to the 18th century is a traditional country pub, sitting within the heart of north Norfolk's picturesque countryside in the village of Itteringham. Itteringham stands on the River Bure, four miles north west from the market town of Aylsham and just two miles from the National Trust's magnificent Blickling Hall. We pride ourselves on offering an innovative and exciting menu, preparing dishes using the highest quality, locally produced, seasonal ingredients. Our traditional bar area is full of country pub charm, with a wood burner warming up cold winter nights, welcoming both diners and non-diners alike, whether it is a pint of one of our many real ales

A great location, good ambience in the bar/restaurant and brilliant staff. The menu is good and we all enjoyed our main courses, but the starter King Prawn cocktail at £9.00 a pop was very poor value for money, and not very good either. A measly...More

Went with family and we were not disappointed. The food was outstanding, the roast sirloin of beef was cooked by someone who knows what they are doing, pink in the middle. Roast potatoes that were crispy, this is a first as so many places serve...More
