Food was good over all. Ribs were excellent. The only complaint is the OVERLY loud music from the juke box... When I am eating dinner, I want to be able to easily have a conversation and not have AC/DC blaring in my ear. Of course it didn't help when a different song came on and the kids at the next... Was very hungry after a long day of travel. At 6pm we were the only people in the dining room. Ordered a Buffalo Burger and BBQ Beef sandwich. Good but somewhat pricy. Maybe that was why there was no one in the restaurant. Good service but we were the only ones there.

Chute Rooster was right next door to our hotel, so we gave it a shot for dinner. We ordered BBQ ribs which came with baked beans, cole slaw, and an additional side. Everything was tasty with generous proportions. We had the leftovers the next day. The server---I don't remember her name--was super friendly and accommodating. This is not a fancy... More

We went up there for beer. They had local beers and we were excited to try some. We had talked to locals and they told us to go there. The food looked amazing but we had just ate somewhere else.

Husband and I both ordered the half slab of ribs. OMG!!! We could have split a dinner. The ribs were huge. Dinner came with baked beans, slaw and choice of potato. Brought half back to our room for lunch the next day.

Very friendly staff and the philly steak and cheese was good, but the french fries were the BEST!!!!

My husband and I were on vacation, saw this restaurant mentioned in the vacation guide so we thought we'd try it. NOT worth the money, had ribs and steak- meat was so tough we could hardly cut it.

We took our son and his out of state girlfriend to the hills for a few days. Took them to Chute Roosters even though the website said it was closed the day we went. Maybe the added business of the Sturgis Rally had something to do with it. The place was not busy and we had the eclectically decorated room... More

We ate dinner here. Almost thought they were closed as there was only one car in the parking lot. The restaurant is clean with interesting decor. The staff are friendly. Food was average...nothing special.

We were traveling through with another couple on a motorcycle and was told about this eatery by hotel clerk. The meal was ok but a little spendy. It is in a barn like setting which makes for intersting decor. Service was good waiter was friendly and helpful. I would eat here again if there was no where else to dine.
