Love their beef brisket. It's been great to get that and then add our own sides when we have family or friends over to eat.

Timely service, ready when promised. Good ole fashioned southern meats and sides . Reasonably priced. Convenient location in Brentwood. Older building but worth a visit if you enjoy barbecue food!

Laid back, casual, and some of the best beef brisket around. Good for a guys lunch. It is too casual for some of my wife's friends.

Fantastic intro to BBQ in USA. 5 of us dining with oversized drinks and generous servings. Friends ordered platter for two and that was awesome. Ribs were out of this world and fell right off the bone! Prices fantastic. $25 usd per head covered food and drink for us including tips

My husband and I went to this place and arrived at 8:20. The girl at the door told us the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes in a manner indicating we could not order. We were puzzled because the information listed said they didn't close till 9 pm which is why we went there to begin with. I was puzzled... More

An unassuming, roadhouse atmosphere is completely appropriate for Judge Bean's menu. Lots of good selections without being too much to take in. Pulled pork, Brisket and Smoked Sausage are served in interesting ways. The side dishes are the draw for me. I can't wait to go back.

Locally owned and operated, nice staff and extensive menu, but I prefer the brisket at Edley's BBQ on 12 South, East Nashville or Sylvan Park.

Went tonight with a group of friends. I had the tamales with brisket and thought they were pretty good, not as light as some tamales but not bad. I tasted the baby back ribs and thought they could have been a bit more tender. They did have a good flavor. The fried okra was good, the Mac and cheese ok,... More

The food was awesome! Good ole fashioned BBQ. The waitresses were very kind and helpful. You could smell the smoke when you got out of the car. Parking is a little tight and confusing at first (for an out of towner) but I highly recommend this place! I ate there twice on my week long trip.

This is the place where you plan on loosening the belt. The BBQ is fantastic as is everything else. Fun bar also.

THE BEST BBQ EAST OF TEXAS When you come to Judge Bean's, we want you to feel at home. We want to you to get good, home-cooked food straight off the pit, side dishes that will make your mouth water and and an experience that is unique to our place. That's a tall order, but it's a promise we do our best to make good on every day we open the doors. At Judge Bean's, a lot of folks say we have our own vibe. And that is true. We're not your typical BBQ joint. We're better than that.
