Try their "pink sauce" on any pasta and you won't be disappointed! Informal locals call this place "Roma's". All sauces are made from scratch here and there is not shortage of great wine to go with your dish. They are more than just pasta though:)

Everything about our experience was top notch. They were busy on a Monday night with an office party but still provided great service and the food was all excellent. Best place in Cleveland.

Cafe Roma is a bit of heaven in Cleveland Tennessee. This is a local favorite and a reservation is a must, very busy! The food is authentic to our experiences in Italy. My wife had a special seafood risotto and I had capellini pancetta, both outstanding! Service was very good and the wine list is great.

A great little spot for dates, business meetings, or dinner out with friends. Classy atmosphere. Parking is usually convenient for a downtown area.

One of my favorite places to eat in Cleveland. Food is fabulous! Tomato soup and spinach salad are my favorites, although the hummus platter is great, too. Sweet potato fries and sauce are the best around. AND I am a real critic of sweet tea. Cafe Roma has the best!

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise while visiting the downtown area with my mother and friend. I enjoyed the Salmon and peso which was delicious. Others ordered the Smoked Turkey pita with sweet potato fries and a meatball sandwich with fresh fruit. We all enjoyed our food and the service was great!!

Their Venetian burger is by far the best burger I've had in my glutinous life. It's really that good. They also make some really good martinis. The starry night is the best one, made with elderflower liqueur. This place is pricey, but totally worth my hard earned money. Dinner is about $50-$60 for 2, and close to $30 for lunch... More
