The Piccadilly Café is located in the Ft. Henry Mall and one of their few locations still around. Upon entering Piccadilly, I took a couple of photos and the staff really freaked out. I had to return to my car as I had forgotten my wallet and one of the female staff members partially followed me out of the restaurant.... More

My 9 yr old loves to go to Picadilly's. I like the wide assortment of entrees and the desserts were good too.

While this used to be a great place to eat it no longer qualifies above average and it is questionable that it qualifies for average. We both had some sort of sliced beef and veggie combo. It was too salty and tasted of strong onion. Beef was dry and tough. Veggies were fair. My Carrot casserole was dry and hard... More

We haven't been to Piccadilly in about a year. We decided to give it a try this week. The food did not look good while sitting out. My husband got roast beef and it was good. Kids got chicken tenders and they were good. I got chicken pot pie and it was not good at all. I have had the... More

Since the Piccadilly in Bristol closed down, we will drive to this one occasionally. The food isn't bad and there is plenty to choose from. We have never experienced bad service.

This is a place I used to eat at much more often when I worked in Kingsport. Now it's a special occasion, usually a shopping jaunt to the Fort Henry Mall in which it is housed. It's just an oldie but a goodie. Yes, the wooden table tops are showing a bit of age, but that is because hundreds of... More

This location is best accessed near the Sears in the Town Center Mall. This cafeteria has been here for more than 3 decades. We live in Kingsport and choose to eat here to please the older members of our family, and like that each guest can choose what they want from a large menu assortment of options. One member of... I love this place and have eaten here often for nearly thirty years. It has always been a good place to get simple food cooked the way many of our parents and grandparents would have done which explains why so many of the elderly love it. However, if you are young and did not like your grandmother's cooking, or prefer... More

Over the past 4 or 5 years, we've used Piccadilly for catering of a large holiday dinner we plan for a regional non-profit group. In the past, they've done fair. While the food was good, the execution of the event and the professionalism of the workers left a lot to be desired. At the last event, the main representative of... More
