We visited right after the UT game ended so the wait was long (1.5 hours). There is a downstairs and upstairs restaurant which are separate from each other. The food was great, our server (Sarah) hustled and was very courteous and always on time with refills.

I have visited this restaurant numerous times and always get the same item! The Ale Steak! It is hands down the best steak I've had in my life. Ive taken everyone in my family to enjoy this item as well. Their opinions are all the same as mine when it comes to this item and establishment! Service is excellent as... More

Having been a lifelong customer, I can no longer say that the Copper Cellar is worth the time or money. They have forgotten my salad multiple times and last night was no exception. I had to remind the server to bring it to me. I ordered prime rib and was brought a ribeye well done. Not even close. The manager... More

This is honestly some of the best food I've ever eaten. Not only that but the atmosphere is great. Add to that a great location and friendly staff. DO NOT miss out on this one when you're in Knoxville!

Hadn't been to Copper Cellar in a few years but they still have good food! Service for our party of eight was lacking as our server was very busy elsewhere.

I thought the Food was great however the server We had was not only rude she was also a druggie who ask me and my friends if we could find her some adderall then ask if we wanted to buy some "subs" off of her I was floored that they are allowing a server to talk to a patron that... More

Because of it's proximity to UT, this place is always packed...they don't take reservations or call ahead seating...the menu is somewhat limited and the food is frozen then prepared. Mostly fried items. Good luck finding a delicious salad. Food is reasonably priced.

I've been coming here for years and from Knoxville. It's always been a great spot for good food at a decent price. I don't know if the management has changed in the past 6 months or what but the service has gone downhill. We visited about two weeks ago and I ordered a house salad that never came out. The...
