Have stopped here several times over the past couple of years and it never fails to impress. Wonderful coffee, amazing home made cakes (especially their apple pie). Clean toilets, which are always an indication to me of the level of clenliness allround. Lovely little coffee shop

We stopped here for lunch and were met by a lovely hostess and had a beautiful curry and very tasty homemade burgers 2 glass's of red wine followed by the best coffee we had in a long while and all at very reasonable prices. We will definitely go back. We have to highly recommend this little restaurant.

We stopped in Adare for lunch while driving through Ireland. At 1st glance we passed by Market Place Café but then returned and went in. All 4 of us are glad we found this family owned café. They seem to specialize in good coffee and pantries. Our sandwiches were tasty and the service was friendly. This is a great place... More

Stopped here to meet a friend and ordered the scrambled eggs with chives 2 pieces of bacon and some toast. One of my pet hates in life is ordering toast and getting hot bread. If I wanted hot bread I've had ordered hot bread and not toast. How difficult is it to make toast?? If you put white bread in... More

We regularly travel from Dublin to Kerry return (20 plus times a year) and after discovering this little gem of a café just over a year ago, this has become our only stop off point. Great selection of food at reasonable prices, always cooked to order in a timely manner and served by friendly waiting staff. What we really like... More

We went in here for lunch, and it all started badly. We opted to sit at one of the tables at the side, which was for four (we were two). Even though there were plenty of empty tables, the surly waitress instantly said to us that if they got busy, we would be asked to move. Not a good start.... More

On our way to Dingle from Dublin, Adare is our halfway stopping off point. On a Sunday, in the absolute pouring rain, the traffic through Adare was at snail pace. We decided to go through the town and park on the south end of it so we wouldn't have the traffic to contend with when we started off again. Running... More

On our way to Killarney from Dublin we decided to stop in the quaint and beautiful town of Adare. This is where we stumbled upon this delightful cafe. I had a very tasty ceasar salad wrap and it was huge and stuffed with chicken breast. My partner had the homemade vegetable soup which again was delicious and a generpus serving.... More

Sticky table, half hour wait for basic lunch order, they ran out of tuna, toilets dirty, sulky service. A little personality would go a long way towards giving the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they were having a bad day but I won't be back.
