Called in there after getting the petite train, along the bay, from st Hellier, for it a very nice restaurant, with a fair price for a meal, with a view of the water front.

The restaurant has a very good location overlooking the harbour, but that is probably the best thing you can say about it. As other reviewers have said the food is pub standard, and even then not a good pub. They seem to do a healthy business in full English breakfasts. This would be a very good location to sit outside... More

A bit like stepping back in to the 1980s - a dated menu, uninventive dishes and waiters in waistcoats with bow ties ! The food was fuel rather than cuisine and relatively overpriced.

We had breakfast here three mornings in a row. I just had cereal and toast but hubby had something different each time and it was all freshly cooked, plentiful and delicious.

Maurizio and his staff made us a good stay. They were always very kind and helpful. Best service, enormous plentiful breakfast (very good). The dinner was also fabulous -price level is quite good. Rooms were tidy and clean - serviced every day, nice view over the harbour, quite situated far enough from the main road. Sun is going to awake... More

Visited last week for dinner. Setting is very nice and we had a table by the window. We were overwhelmed with the amount of waiters (all dashed over and surrounded me to take my coat - nice, but rather intimidating!) but I imagine they would all be needed in the high season. The meal was OK - scampi for me... More

Although the menu doesn't change the selection is varied and extensive. It's beautifully cooked and served be friendly staff who just want to please. the Fegato alla Venezia was particularly enjoyed.

I accidentally reviewed the hotel but was meant to review the restaurant. Great Italian food, friendly and quick service, reasonably priced and location right by the harbour. We were lucky to get a table, you need to book at a weekend. Highly recommend!
