The Smugglers is very much in the tradition of a good British local. The bar is vibrant and friendly, exposed beams over an old-style bar, with a roaring fire throughout the winter. We stopped for lunch prior to walking across St Brelade’s Bay beach. The mussels were excellent, the best I tasted on the island in a week’s holiday when I tried mussels in four different pubs. Well worth a visit, and the beer is good too.

Fancied a pub lunch and a day out with our little dog. The pub is lovely and warm with a log fire and a warm friendly feeling from the locals. The staff were all very friendly and our lunch was just what we needed, with a large choice from the menu, also the nicest pint of Guinness I've ever had... More

We found this pub/restaurant tucked away off the beaten track a few years ago and each year we always have a couple of meals there. The location, staff and food is always excellent. Be careful is you arrive by car at night in the winter as you may end up in the Bay!!!

Pretty pub in a lovely quiet location away from the hustle and bustle esp in the autumn at the time of our visit. The inside the pub was warm and comfortable and a lovely place to relax. This pub is also dog friendly which was good. The menu was extensive along with a large children's menu. Good range of beers... More

Decided to bring my friend from Hawaii for dinner. I had two courses on The Tennerfest menu. £12.50 Crab cakes then steak coked to perfection. The plate was scalding & so we're the chips really unusual which was very good. My friend had the ribs off the menu which were delicious. We had no room for anything else except coffee.... More

Lovely little Inn unchanged much over the years and offering a good choice of food and drinks. We visited at lunchtime and it seemed to attract visitors with dogs - biscuits on the house!
