The only thing I don’t like about this place is that it only opens for 6 months a year. have enjoyed several visits this year and will miss the lovely cakes and lovely staff over the winter.

Charming tea room with a good menu which is reasonably priced. Plenty of staff on hand to take your order. Good range of homemade cakes on offer. Try the eclairs; they are huge!!!

Lovely setting offering first class food and service at this traditional and civilised tea garden. Seats inside and out. We enjoyed an excellent crab sandwich and a cream tea.

Had the poplars afternoon tea. Superb selection of cakes, scone and sandwiches. In my view the best cream tea on the island.
