Excellent seafood, steaks and other dishes and the service is very good. This restaurant is open to the both residents and the public. If you are visiting St Heliers, you should try the Candlelight restaurant. The Wise-Ones

Went to the candlelight for dinner ... Was not impressed, extremely poor service ... Water for table was not chilled ,chips with meal were as hard as granite but best of all Mrs asked for Honeycomb chocolate mousse for dessert and the honeycomb was malteasers...More

We dined on half board basis. Menu altered each evening and a very good selection. The hotel also does a very good al la carte menu and a flambe menu. The flambe experience adds theatre to dining. Highly recommend.

Staying at the Hotel and they were hosting a Spanish evening meal night we took advantage of the 3 course meal at a special price including free Sangria it was lovely and the Restaurant and Bar staff were excellent .

Fabulous food, Excellent Chateau Briand cooked to perfection. Seafood perfect All the trimmings spot on. Superb wine choice at fair prices. Super service No more to say. Not to be missed.

We ate on a Saturday night .Staff friendly and helpful. Food was very good we ate from the set menu. Flambees looked good.The restaurant is lovely and cosy Very good pianist was playing for a couple of hours which added to the lovely atmosphere.

We used this restaurant over three evenings. The best welcome you could have. Very good menu and a high quality of service. Staff could not have been more helpful or attentive. Highly recommended.
