Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A cosy authentic Italian restaurant with friendly staff (who put up with my poor Italian skills with good grace). We had the fixed price menu of two courses for £23, which had a good choice - the food was delicious and we didn’t have to...wait long. A couple of Peronis to wash it down, perfect! The only problem was that the servings were too big to fit in a dessert or coffee (£3 extra)… A secret gem to be found in St Helier 🇮🇹🇯🇪More

Wonderful little family run restaurant, found by chance. An excellent set menu, either 2 courses for £2 and 3 courses for £26, which is such good value. The Manager/chef comes out to speak to everyone, which is lovely. Have been twice and thoroughly enjoyed it!...Will definitely be back.More

Lovely little restaurant upstairs with friendly owner who managed to fit us in when we hadn't booked. Enjoyed our meals, my spaghetti portion was very generous too! We went for the two course option which was reasonable (I think £23 each). Had a great evening...so would recommend. Felt very authentic.More

Great restaurant in the high street. Restaurant is upstairs and very quiet and comfortable. Patrons friendly and professional. What a great menu, set menu tremendous value with good size portions, great quality and choice of dishes. House wine excellent. Could not fault the food or...service. Was so pleased with our evening out that we went back the next evening as well. Quite busy even for an off season visit so recommend booking.More

Came on a quiet Monday (most Jersey restaurants are shut on Monday in low season) but a smiley Vittorio greeted us and assured us that we would be well fed. Food was stunning - very generous portions and beautiful presented. If you are after pizza,...I suggest you call Dominos for a takeaway, but if, like my wife and I, you want lovely Italian food from a family run business - Bellagio is for you. Grazie mille Vittorio.More

Nearly missed the Restaurant, but glad we found it. Walked in and we were greeted with open arms and were straight away made sure of the intolerances in the food. Ordered the minestrone soup for starters, was filled with veg and the soup was lovely...and flavoursome. For the main I ordered the Salmon which was garnished with onions on a bed of spinach. On the side in their own dishes there was, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower and also in a separate dish some square potatoes which were garnished perfectly. We opted for no desserts as we were that full, for 2 courses it was £23 and drinks prices were reasonable. Overall, great value, food and brilliant service would definitely recommend!! :)More

Nice atmosphere, nice food, attentive, good menu, even tho they don’t do pizza. Made me look at the menu closer. The owner was a great guy who couldn’t do enough!

We rang to book a table about 3 hours before on a Saturday evening. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and prices about average for St Helier. Two course meal for £22.95. Cosy upstairs restaurant. Would recommend.
