The food here is amazing, everything we ate was sublime and was cooked to perfection. I think my favourite dessert was the malibu, white chocolate & raspberry mousse, it was so delicious. Definitely worth every pennyMore

Fantastic choice of food, reasonably priced along with the wine. One of the best Lobster thermidores I have had made with Guernsey cheddar washed down with a great LP Rose. Decor a bit depressing when up against a cork wall. Need to change the over...head lighting. Ask to sit in the Conservatory.More

We visited for dinner and the food was excellent and generous. One seafood platter with lobster, a huge crab and many other treats. One surf and turf with a half lobster grilled in garlic butter and a very tasty, perfectly cooked steak. Excellent food in...large portions with fine service.More

Simply excellent all round. Staff friendly and helpful. Food is excellent with huge portions especially the fish platters which our friendly really enjoyed. My Thai curry was spicy and delightful. Had not been here before but will certainly be back and can recommend this place...if you are on the Island.More

One of the highlights of our stay at Le Friquet! The food is as excellent as it was the previous year. Some of the best seafood we have had. Has even changed my mind about oysters! The service and staff are excellent. If I had...one minor criticism it would be that I just wish the desserts were a little more exciting/adventurous to make it a complete gastronomic experience. However, my wife and I are looking forward very much to our next visit.More

Slow service and staff did not seem happy in their jobs. NO smiley faces here. Took ages to get served and even longer to receive the orders I had a vegan/GF risotto truffle type dish with tarragon but you could not taste the tarragon and...it had to be sent back. Food was good, we had the seafood platter royale. The service sadly was average, compared to everywhere else we have eaten on Guernsey for the last week. From the greeting, to trying to pay the bill, tables been cleaned around us and set up for...breakfast…. Not the best service experience.More

Our family of eight enjoyed a very pleasant lunch at this restaurant located in Le Friquet Country Hotel. The restaurant was spacious, bright and quiet. The service was attentive and the food arrived piping hot for us all at the same time, sometimes tricky with...a variety of requests for children and adults alike. My dish of grilled brill was simple, fresh and superbly cooked. Everyone was happy with their choices, including lamb cutlets, and pork schnitzel. The wine list was not large but had good options. My dessert of coconut cheesecake was light and delicious and my husband was very pleased with his strawberries and cream. We are overseas travellers faced with a huge choice of restaurants in Guernsey and I’d like to single out this as one of the best!More
