About
This is the restaurant tearoom at this visitor attraction. I was most impressed by what was on offer. It closes at 5 which is a pity, but the people working there are great and the range on the menu was extensive. A real chef in charge. I tasted Soulanka for the first time and it was amazing, and amazing value.

We stopped for lunch when heading for the ferry, and what a great choice to stop at. Really big selection of food on offer, at very reasonable prices. We had the crab sandwich (rare to find it in stock on the island), served with chips and salad, which my OH really enjoyed. And I chose the chicken red curry with rice, which was absolute delicious. I really can’t emphasise just how tasty it was, with plenty of veggies included and the right amount of heat for me. Portion sizes were more than enough for lunch, and sadly left no room for what looked like amazing cakes and desserts. There’s always a next time! The food took a while to come, which we were warned about when we ordered. Partly because we hit the lunch rush, and also as a coach party had recently arrived. But it was no effort to sit in the garden and enjoy the glorious weather, and definitely worth the wait :-) We ran out of time to visit the pearl museum and shop, again to be saved for a future trip.

Called here for lunch. Their menu has lots of choice on it ranging from hot foot to sandwiches and salads. Also have a good range of cakes. We went for hot food and it was excellent. Cooked fresh and lovely and hot. Very generous portions and very tasty. Too full to try a bit of cake but they looked delicious. Will definitely be back.

First visited Fort Grey Shipwreck Museum. Well worth the visit and then went across the road to Guernsey Pearl. The cafe is large enough to accommodate coach parties and there is seating outside. The Guernsey Gache and coffee were both excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Gold star for clean toilets too.

We stopped here to grab a quick coffee and purchase tickets for the ship wreck museum just across the road. But we were soon enticed by the range of cakes on offer. The cooked breakfasts looked good too. Clean restaurant and facilities. Worth noting that it looks to be a stop off for coach tours as the place was packed with 3 coaches just before lunchtime.

Very pleasant eaterie with delightful waiting staff, and reasonable prices - but, oooh, the chief highlight came with the "Prawn a la Pearl" That must be one of the finest salad dishes I've ever had in my entire life - generous portions of huge juicy prawns, and sun dried tomatoes, and a superb mixed - and oooh so tasty - salad! Well worth the wee trip from St Peter Port, with a visit to nearby Fort Grey giving us an extra justification for our trip. My heartiest complements to the chef and staff.

I love pearls and visited Jersey Pearl too in the past. Guernsey Pearl was nice and with a wide range of pearl ornaments for any age and any cost. It is really worthwhile to stop by.

preceeded by an excellent crab sandwich, with fries and salad, crab was handpicked and not "filled out" with unnecessary mayonaise!

We stopped for lunch here today, and just ordered sandwiches and drinks. The sandwiches arrived all freshly made on lovely bread, along with chips and coleslaw (which we didn’t expect). Lovely friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit. Good value for money.

Arrived as part of a round the island tour so had limited time. Staff obviously could not cope with demand so queue had developed. By the time we reached the front we had only time for a snack. We chose a scone each and a cup of tea. The scones were stale and hard and the tea was like dishwater. We had to move dirty dishes from a table to sit down and eat. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Visited the Guernsey Pearl, on a short stopover on a tour, the staff were friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the tea and cake, and I managed to buy some great goodies for friends that were babysitting the cats at home.Loved the floral arrangements around the gardens

The service was good but the food was average. Excellent floral design on the cappuccinos. The toilets could do with some TLC.
