We were staying at the nearby Moorland Hotel - just a couple of minutes walk away - but the short walk in the rain was SO worth it. The food at this pub is really classy with an interesting and well-executed menu. Highly recommended.

We had dinner here while travelling around Devon. The food was amazing! We both left full and very happy. The cosy country atmosphere is lovely. Service was outstanding. The steak was cooked perfectly and cut like butter. It was so tender.
