A locals pub, but friendly. The food is always hot and cooked well, and not too expensive. Ollie cooks a really great steak, just as you want it, and there is take away availed too.

YES and YES, In fact there is an adventure play area with a climbing tree next to the pub. Plenty of families go there on a regular basis so feel welcome to stop by anytime.
