At a yearly reunion as friends traveling from Penzance and Shaftsbury we decided to meet up half way at this venue. On entering at 12.45 i noticed the place completely empty of any customers. The Menu is very limited with approx 6 dishes. All food prices started at £12.95 . Thinking the food would be good at that price we ordered.... More

On the promise of "real food", "real ale" and a "real welcome" we visited this pub. On entering it was like travelling back in time to the pubs of my youth with yellow walls, stinking of smoke. The Coke was not proper Coke. The welcome was not existent and thankfully we didn't touch the food. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

The Pewley Moor Inn has an open plan feel to it with a dance floor evident in the main floor area in front of the bar, so its probably a good venue for a private function. One end has a log burner which would be marvellous for pint on a cold winters eve. The cider served here was proper but... More

We as a group of friends (11 of us) were staying at Bundu campsite next door to the Prewley Moor Inn and decided to have Sunday lunch there befire heading home. Excellent roast - beef beautifully pink - Great variety of vegetables - leeks in white sauce particularly enjoyed - home made puddings (ginger, lemon, stcky toffee) just what a... More

Delicious lunch and pudding, and the proprietors were very welcoming. We were a party of 4 for Sunday lunch, it was awkward to find our way into this pub which is in fact close to the A30 but once in we were happily surprised. Sunday lunch was £12.99 including a pudding but two of us opted for the smaller portion... More

Food not good. Crab cakes over cooked. Some pasta undercooked. Will not be going back and will not recommend to anyone.

Had a quick meal there - both of us had the Steak and Ale Pie and it was extremely good. Bar staff were lovely and friendly but what really makes this stand out as a 5 star place to eat is the way they cook their vegetables. No overcooked slush, lovely and fresh and generous quantities too.

I called in here while walking along the Granite Way. The pub was very quiet when I visited at Sunday lunch time.

This pub is a terrible. I visited here this month for a meal even though we heard other bad reviews. Should have gone somewhere else. When we arrived the staff were appalling. The landlord was arrogant. The food was horrible and was inedible. I will not be coming again. I will definitely not be recommending

This serves standard pub fare, and is a good stop-over for those travelling along the Granite Way, or stopping over at th caravan park adjoining. Unexciting decor, but this is not important if the sun is shining, and you have been walking/cycling all day, and want a rest and some nourishment. Unfortunately, they sometimes forget to show signage for opening... More
