Great venue for drinks and food

We visited Bar Electric several times during our recent week stay in Woolacombe. It has great indoor and outside space. Children and dogs always welcome. The place is well managed with great staff who keep everyone happy. The menu is varied and includes great pizzas.

Awesome

Maximum too cool for school , dude on the guitar is awesome, beer is tasty, good vibes, great place, much better all round than the Big Red Boozer

Extremely helpful & pleasant staff. Especially Lucy.

Would highly recommend. Staff very attentive. My husband left his iPhone behind. Lucy was extremely helpful when we rang to see if they had it. She posted it out to us the day after we returned home. Great food with a cracking sea view

Great food, served outdoor with a great view of the beach. Dogs welcome & allergy aware. Highly recommend stopping for some delish food.

Not great

Service was great, food was awful, 9 of us eating only one out of the 9 enjoyed there meal, shawarma was tasteless, burger was awful, chips and the garlic dip was really the only nice things!

Friendly service & lovely food

The best whitebait I’ve ever had, very reasonable prices considering the location. Rachel was so lovely as well, went above and beyond to look after us. Thank you so much🫶

Heading south!

Difficult one this, the food is pretty good generally. I had steak & ale pie - it was nothing special! Others enjoyed their burgers. The issue really is the service. No bookings taken and multiple groups leaving while we were waiting, a group of 10...left because of rude staff. One waitress looked stoned out of her head both times we visited! We went to Brundle’s over the road in the end - very nice staff and great food more reasonably priced. This place is too comfortable with its success, just waiting for the fall guys!More

No nonsense food and great cocktails

We enjoyed a lovely afternoon here after a walk - the food was good and the cocktails were great. It’s dog friendly and we were very well looked after. Thank you.

Not for large groups

Although the restaurant says no bookings we made a courtesy call to enquire about a table of 24 (14 adults and 10 children). We were told rudely we would ruin the night for the rest of the restaurant and the three kitchen staff could not...cope. I fully appreciate the size of our group is not normal however the way we were told was unnecessary and unacceptable.More

Worth a visit.

Good food with a great view. Service was very good. Prices what you expect for eating out at the moment. Worth a visit if in the area.

Meal at Bar Electric

Great meal and evening at Bar Electric. Looked after by Lucy who made sure that we had a great evening. Burgers were excellent and the desserts were fantastic.

A great choice all round.

We’d seen good reviews on Tripadvisor which all seemed good and the “very dog friendly” appealed for a family including 2 teenagers and a small dog. Staff were really friendly and easily accommodated any food preferences. Efficient service, pleasant surroundings, reasonable price and very tasty...food. A great choice!More

An electrifying experience

Only found this amazing restaurant on the last 2 days of our holidays gutted to be honest the food was epic and the staff were the happiest staff I have seen at a restaurant for a while the service was excellent I would highly recommend...the piggy loaded fries and the club sandwich the kids food is epic not to mention the selection of lagers lol would highly recommend well done to the Bar electric team!More

Love this place!

Love this place! Last day of holiday, so glad we spent it @ Bar Electric, Woolacombe. Great good, good vibe. Fab view. Lovely staff!
