We had a lovely warm greeting from Marie. A lovely friendly pub with a garden and additional seating under the weeping willow! Dog and children friendly. The menu was excellent with a choice of home cooked food! We had a great Sunday roast and pint of local cider in the sunshine. (Yorkshire pud exceptional) We look forward to having The... More

Stayed in a cottage in this lovely quaint village and the pub was 100 yards away, so it was a must! Great beers and good food. Recommended.

We always go to the Loders whenever we go out for Sunday lunch because we know we will always be given a first class meal, expertly cooked by chef & co-manager, Ashley. The previous Sunday the place was fully booked. This week we had learned our lesson, so booked a table. Very friendly greeting, and we were soon seated with our glasses of wine. There were a number of specials on the board as well as the normal menu. We both chose specials, but shared a starter of whitebait, which was perfectly... More

Lovely tasty meal at Loders Arms, I had the duck breast with cherry sauce and served on a bed of roast sweet potato, delicious. My husband had the lamb on Roast Veg, also delicious, had food envy, but mine was so good too. Will be visiting again soon, most likely for Sunday lunch. Keep up the good cooking.
