This is a small pub which caters for the traditional pub lover who wants excellent real ale and enjoys conversation without all the paraphernalia that has ruined many good pubs. A pub lovers dream.

A lovely bar selling real ales, friendly locals and bar staff serving with smiles on their faces, what is there not to like. For those of you not ale drinkers, they have a range of other drinks to try, including real cider!

We were going for a meal next door and popped in for a pint of real ale. The atmosphere is lively, the staff friendly, the choice impressive and the quality and taste great. I'll be back, recommended
