Just home from a delicious meal with my partner and his dad. The price was reasonable and the food was beautifully cooked. They have updated their menu from my last visit a few years ago. Nothing better than a tasty steak beside a roaring fire on a winters night.

An amazing wee place to have a bite to eat, food was outstanding can't fault it at all. Perfect when you have a real fire burning beside you to keep you warm coming in for the cold. Staff were so lovely and polite can't fault it perfect for any occasion highly recommended will be back in a heart beat!!

Lovely dinner, We were a party of 10 holidaying in the area. Great wholesome food after a day beach combing.

A quantity rather than quality kind of a place. Tired very dated decor, cramped dining room come bar area with tables squashed together. Uninspiring menu with 1970's and 80's classics such as Chicken Maryland and ice cream served in those classic stainless steel dishes. It's a shame as the location is lovely.

We were staying near to the Halfway House Hotel for a week and came here twice for an evening meal. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. I saw them treating a party of elderly people with great care and solicitude. The food was very nice pub grub with decent portions and a good choice from steaks to burgers and... More

Went for a drive along the coast with my elderly Dad and we stopped here for lunch. We were greeted immediately and chose a small table close to the bar that had a lovely view. As other reviewers have mentioned, there wasn't much room between the bar and our table, but it wasn't a problem as the view of the... More
