We dined here on the second night of out two night break and could not fault it. A great first impression was made by the friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable staff. I don't know if they really are happy at their work but it seemed that way....More

Return here again and again to auchrannie but the first time dining in the 1869 restaurant couldn't rate it highly enough . Never heard of Scottish tapas before but will definitely be ordering it again .

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and ate at every one of the 3 resturants. All served top class food,with lovely surroundings and friendly staff.

Wow. Our second visit to eighteen69 and was just as amazing as the first time! One recommendation, as crazy as it sounds, you have to try the buckfast stew!!

We went with my son and daughter in law and we all picked two things we wanted to share. Everything was delicious, we had fun trying all the choices; it was a lovely evening.

1869 Scottish tapas restaurant within the Auchrannie Resort Arran is well worth a visit.Lovely quirky mix of old and new decor,fantastic tasty food.Service excellent and personal attention to clients needs spot on.We will be back.

It was ok but on the expensive side. There is a reserved area away from guests without dogs so you don't have to leave your dog in the room or car
