Average lunch from the food to the service. We sat at the window for the view of the bay, there were some dirty dishes and a waitress around the bar who said hi. The place was pretty empty yet we sat with dirty dishes. There...More

Sad to write this but they did set themselves up for it with reports of local produce and the chef and assistants striving to present great food. The hotel is superb, we loved it. Beautifully decorated and fitted out with staff that are obviously top...More

Outstanding food, sensible portions, imaginative menu. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Enjoyed the ambience, staff professional without being stuck up. If we were staying on Arran longer would definitely go back.
