Had the sandwich while waiting for my Ferry. One of the best sandwiches I have tried in Scotland. Definitely worth a visit. It's near the Lochranza Ferry Terminal and it's a good driving/walking distance from the Arran Distillery! A couple tables and benches outside available...More

Don't expect the ritz. It is what it says. A bit expensive really, but then you are a captive audience on an island.

You get a total surprise when you enter this small sandwich shop. It is like a dream! All bread is locally baked, ingredients are locally sourced and not a boring filling in sight! I had the local hot smoked salmon/cream chees/beetroot, and standing outside on...More

Arrived about 9am to find shop closed- advertised as opening at 0845, a woman appeared from the swing park across the road and said 'Its not going to open any quicker with you standing there'. Took our custom elsewhere.

Not many places on the island that sell this type of food. If you are in Lochranza and want something to eat this is a great place. The food is great with many different fillings and the staff are so knowledgeable.

The shop is very small but there are seats outside where you can sit with the dog or even adjacent there's a small area where you can park the car and watch the ferry to/from Kintyre. Definitely worth a visit!
