Despite visiting Arran for more than 20 years, this was our first visit to Stags Pavilion after seeing the reviews on TripAdvisor. We weren't disappointed. In the idyllic setting of Lochranza with the sound of roaring stags in the background, this restaurant is just fantastic!...More

Excellent restaurant for a such a small town. All of the entrees seem to come with abundant potatoes, chips, and veggies. Many cakes on offer too. Bring your own alcohol - they will happily pour it or refrigerate it.

We were lucky to get a table in this fabulous restaurant mainly because we have local good friends! Celebrating our 65 birthdays here was the best! Thank you everyone for making it special. The chocolate birthday cake was to die for. X

Don't know whether or not it is ope at lunchtime in August as we went in September early evening. We were advised to book as the B&B owner said that locals couldn't manage to eat there as it is always so busy!
