Went with friends for Sunday lunch as someone had recommended it recently. There was a choice of starters, we chose a prawn cocktail which was delicious but enormous. From the carvery, there was a choice of roast beef, turkey or ham and a selection of beautifully cooked vegetables, roast and new potatoes and Yorkshire puddings. I chose the turkey, it... More

This cafe is down a steep road from Dalby Village. It overlooks the bay. It has a nice atmosphere. It can feel a little cool inside, especially when it's windy outside! It is clean and the staff friendly

Amazing views over the sea, on clear days even to Ireland. I think this cafe serves the best seafood chowder on the island, but that does not mean that the other meals are not also very good indeed. Staff are always very friendy and accomodating. I have been there numerous times, and whenever we got visitors, we always make a... More

Despite its stunning location and the rather nice food, the fact that the service was pretty bad spoiled it. Starter sized portions served as mains, no ice or lemon in gin and tonic and then having to wait for ages for a cup of tea. Shame really, but they really do not need to get better organised.

This is a great little place to stop and have a drink or bite to eat. The staff were friendly and the views are spectacular.

Great food, really nice surroundings and just up the road from the fantastic Niarbyl Beach. Went during raceweek, so booking essential, more of a restaurant than a café!

I was really looking forward to having a great meal here again today, having been loads of times before when we have visited the island. We walked in and asked for a table for two we were told we can sit where we like and the young chap just pointed to several tables, so we went to sit down near... More

You've really go to want to come here as it's right at the end of a road on the edge of a cliff but it was worth a visit. We were guided here by locals who should know what's good and we were not disappointed. Very good interesting menu (great Queenie scallops) for what looks like a café but is... More

Really enjoyable food, all cooked fresh. Loved my queenies, and I got loads. Regular hangout for my family, but I will be back when next on the IOM.

We visited on a grey and windy October afternoon and were greeted with a welcome that quickly warmed us up! Café very quiet, so we were seated quickly and our order taken promptly. Our delicious and piping hot food arrived quickly and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Very yummy and huge portions! Great experience, excellent food and a breath taking location.... More
