Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

lovely cakes and coffee! Staff are always lovely and friendly! but I hate to say it, some improvement is needed in kitchen in regards to hygiene, on 2 separate occasions I have found hair in my panini’s, which is awful. I have never wanted to...kick up a fuss as the place is truly lovely, but it happening twice is not okay.More

Soup and half a filled baguette for lunch. Didn't have room after that for one of their fantastic tray bakes. Maybe next time.

Called in twice, once for lunch and once for coffee and cakes. Really good coffee and sandwiches and home baking to die for. Thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended. Totally cured the disappointment of Baxters village being closed.

What a lovely wee cafe, and dog friendly. It is a really nicely decorated bright and airy cafe. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. I had an egg mayo baguette with side salad and coleslaw, the portion is really generous....My daughter had the chocolate brownie and it was lovely and moist not dry like some can be. Prices are really competitive. Will definitely be back soon.More

Nice chilled out place. More than just a coffee shop. Lovely fancy pieces. Simple but extremely tasty savoury options. Also provide very generous picky plate for the little ones so have since returned with the nephews I definitely took more photos but goodness knows where...there are!More

Our favourite place to go for lunch, coffee & cake. They have the best home-made cakes & the friendliest staff. Their iced lattes are amazing!
