If your idea of chips is a bowl of soggy grease this is your place. Possibly the most limp horrible thing I have ever tasted! I'm not sure how you could make chips so badly! Disgusting... really!!!

great friendly pub with excellent local dishes. Lively entertainment later on at weekends, guaranted a good night and a laugh. Could be a little warmer during dining hours...June is still winter in Scotland ...hence 4 stars and not 5.

Popped in here for a couple pints after work. Efficient friendly service. And a half decent pint! Heard the food is good and cheap too - must try on my next visit!

Love this pub. Monday evening and still has a fab atmosphere and welcoming staff, and a roaring fire. Very relaxing and unhurried. Food wonderful with very generous portions. I'll go back time and again
