Had a takeaway from the Thai and it was delicious. Corncakes starter was the best! The place was very busy, very popular.

We had a lovely evening at the Thai Cafe during the National Mòd in October. As we were a large group, we had to opt for the set menu. The dishes kept on coming and coming and we're all delicious.

Can't fault this place. Visited several times whilst working in Stornoway. You get served excellent, good value Thai food by friendly helpful staff and then they just leave you to it to enjoy your meal and whatever booze you have brought yourself. It's so refreshingly unpretentious, it's like having a meal in your own dining room. If I ever visit... More

We had been recommended this Thai restaurant and it lived up to all expectations! There were five in our group and we were unanimous in our appreciation of the good food we were given. Great atmosphere any everything appears to be cooked from fresh. We will on our next visit to Stornoway

We came there looking for an evening meal. The place was packed as there was a local event that was on during our stay on the island. We were offered a table in 2mins despite not having booked. The menu has plenty to choose from. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was lovely and well within everyone's budget.

The starter was a delight to eat, very enjoyable, we had the corn cakes and spring rolls, also tried the tofu which was lovely. The starters were also really well presented in dishes they came with. The main dish was no disappointment, great combination of spices and would certainly come back when I return to stornoway!

I eat a lot of Thai food so I jumped at the chance to meet a couple of colleagues at a Thai restaurant. When the food arrived, it was amazing and I would rate it as one of the top places I have eaten Thai food. The Tom Yum Gai soup was to die for as was the Massa curry.... More

The place seemed quite popular, so you may have to book ahead on a weekend - although we had no problems getting a table for two on a Friday evening. Service was friendly and fast, the atmosphere pleasant and the food pretty decent with big portions.

Thank Susanne S
