Popped in for breakfast rolls . Friendly service and good value .The unexpected treat though was the very inexpensive chocolate products for sale. Delicious, top quality treats of many kinds. Perfect for gifts or just indulgence , but so pretty and cute was difficult to start eating ( especially my chocolate sheep ) and too easy to keep eating !What... More

Best bacon roll I've ever tasted! Lovely coffee shop with gorgeous homemade food & lots of yummy cakes & their own homemade chocolate! Situated next to Craignure ferry terminal the shop has excellent views over the bay & you can watch the ferries coming & going! The staff are lovely & friendly & the food is really reasonably priced. Small coffee shop which had most of the tables reserved inside at lunchtime although there is seating outside and they do takeaways too. Nice selection of cakes, filled rolls and a lovely, small but interesting lunch menu. One the better places for coffee on Mull and close to the Tourist Information Centre and the public toilets too.

What a disgrace of a place! The woman serving obviously makes enough money without being pleasant to her customers. Despite making eye contact several times, and no other customers in sight, 'Arlene' decided that she'd make us wait. Elsewhere the two perennially reserved tables remained empty even though other unfortunates expressed a desire for coffee and cake. After having our... More

You don't seem to have made a review on tripadvisor for the last 4 years. By looking at your other reviews that you have made, you are not easily pleased and have a habit of giving bad reviews. There certainly are many inaccuracies in your review. And I would appreciate if any future customers are reading this disregard this review... More

Overcrowded, tables full of dirty dishes and no welcome. Grumpy lady behind counter, never uttered a word but quick to take your cash. Don't know if it was family at the large table but conversation was lengthy with no thank you for coming. As I work in the tourist industry, I would definitely give it a miss.

Thank you for taking the time to make a review. You obviously must have visited us in the past 2/3 days as this is the busiest we have been all year, yes we are open all year. At the moment we are the only food establishment open at the ferry so we can get very very busy and it is... More

Wandered into cafe and had a wonderful assortment of cakes to choose from - highly recommend the Mojito sponge cake! Lady came & chatted to us even though other (clearly locals) were in, and had we found it earlier we would have been back daily!

didn't get to try the coffee or cake. We arrived 12mins before they closed for the season. The lady behind the counter was very grumpy. I asked about take away coffee, but after another snippy reply I just just left with my parents. I was going to let this whole bizare incident go. I thought that perhaps she was unhappy... More

We called in for coffee late morning, our two kids (6 and 4) were a bit "active" having just scored some toys at the charity shop. Two tables were marked Reserved as it was getting towards lunchtime. Despite us saying we would take the coffee at the outside tables and also despite having two excited kids and there being other... More

Delicious lunch served to myself and 3 kids. Tomato and Basil soup was the best my niece had ever tasted - her words! Exactly what needed and all served with a smile! Eaten hear a lot and never disappointed! The lemon and parsnip cake is to die for! I had wanted the chocolate florentine but someone got the last one... More

My friend and I had breakfast at Arlene's, the food was delicious and the tea was good too. Lots of interesting things to look at in the cafe including all the very tempting chocolate. I would have given 5 stars if I'd been served with a smile and felt my custom had been appreciated
