On first inspection looked good but very expensive food and cakes and home bakery extortionate.....meringues very good spoilt by runny cream in the centre which meant they fell apart...not worth £3.50 tag! Dusty through the back.

We ate here twice in the evening when on a cycling holiday in the West of Scotland. Food was tasty but with a pretty limited choice for vegetarians. Also, the local bottled beer is pretty awful and the house wine was a bit rough, too!...More

Very good food, reasonable prices (in general) and warm staff. Certainly worth a visit if in the area. My only niggle was the Seafood Chowder at £8.95. Get a grip, you are a lovely café/Bistro not 'Fine Dining'!! Otherwise, no complaints.
