Stayed in the Otter Ferry area for a week and eat here on a number of occasions. Great food/beer every time and good choices too. Even had a liqueur affogato, which is my favour dessert. Friendly/helpful staff who were happy to chat to everyone. Wonderful location anytime of the day but best of all for the sunsets. Well worth the... More

Beautiful all round! Service and food was amazing, we can't wait to visit again - a true gem, right on the beach! The two ladies who served us (who were travelling) were fab - thank you very much!

Just returned from a visit to the area and made an amazing find whilst driving around the "Secret Coast" . Turned left to Otter Ferry and discovered The Oyster Catcher". Beautiful pub in the most amazing setting overlooking Loch Fyne. Enjoyed a very tasty lunch, massive beer battered Haddock with chips , salad etc, very very tasty, only negative was... More

Was last here in 2012, when the service was awful, but yesterday we drove to this restaurant for dinner, stood for over 5 minutes while the girl dried glasses and chatted to a male customer, she wasn't serving him, just chatting, not even acknowledging us standing there. We eventually had to ask her for drinks and to see the menu,... More

A place at the end of the road but well worth the journey. Excellent interesting decor, very friendly staff, great layout, very homely. Food looked excellent.

Very poor WiFi coverage in this are of Scotland so headed to The Oystercatchers pub as it advertises free WiFi. Arrived to find place closed and no WiFi. Another boat anchored to and were also very disappointed.

Quality fare (fresh and locally-sourced produce) Interesting cut-above menu all cooked and presented by folks who care. Home-made cake and decent coffee. A warm and cheery welcome by attentive staff.

We happened across this lovely Inn having failed to find anywhere else open. What a find! First of all we were delighted as our dog was welcomed and it was cosy with a log burner at one find and an open fire at the other. Then came the food which was delicious best fish and chips ever. Light batter soft... More

Food fell way below average. Starter for two but no plates provided. Dry bread served also. Temperature of the starter varied between each muscle and I decided not to continue eating. By the time I was half way through the fish and chips I'd chosen for my main meal ; which had a thick dark batter on the fish which... More

We visited this restaurant for lunch and were disappointed. I had looked at the sample menu online before we set off and it looked interesting but when we arrived the menu was quite limited and the prices appeared to have jumped for the few comparable items and overall were very expensive. It was very busy, just immediately before Easter but... More
