Stayed here before and had mixed reviews, the food was good but service shocking. Stayed along the road at The Ben More Lodge on this visit to Crianlarich but chose to have dinner here. Service again a big let down as are the prices at the bar and restaurant. Dinner was ok but to be honest we were put off... More

Liked the Cullen skink for dinner, starters were very poor, I ordered tomato and mozerrella with balsamic, it was tiny slices of tomato (4 in total), no balsamic, had to ask for it but the waitress went and served other people so my partner ate his starter on his own! cooked breakfast - terrible, overcooked and tough leathery food. The bacon... More

We ate here as we were staying in the hotel. The food was alright, I had the pizza which was a big serving and was tasty enough. The service was reasonable and friendly.

My wife and I were on a day trip from Hawick to Fort William and booked in for a night. restaurant was busy but had booked a table earlier. Nice menu and my wife and I enjoyed our meals. Wine list was fine and reasonably priced. It is a Best Western hotel.

If you really have no where else to eat then I suggest you only have the pizza. The rest of the food is just ok! I had the rib eye steak and it was very greasy , I would say the food was ( not very good ) pub food.

We stopped for pizza for lunch. The place was half full and we were the first of a new batch of people. We waited about fifteen minutes for orders to be taken and another 50 minutes for the pizza's to come. By the time we were served we were the only ones left in the restaurant with all others having... More

We were on the road late at night (around 9pm) between Edinburgh and Fort William. We thought it was too late for food, but we were wrong! We had very good pizza and the best service in a wonderful dining room.

Came here for a pizza, as we only wanted a light meal. The staff were helpful, even though we had some trouble understanding them. The pizza was a disaster. The base was soggy and uneven and the topping was second-rate to put it mildly. The tomato did not taste of anything, the "ham" was a few shreds of industrial-grade meat,... More

We popped in here for lunch on a miserable, wet afternoon walking the West Highland Way. The main entrance to the hotel is a conservatory and, due to the torrential rain, there were leaks everywhere in reception and the floor was soaking. Not a great start. At least the hotel has a drying room (albeit it was mainly full with... More

We came here in late May to order a pizza. In the small bar area, two ladies from Eastern Europe were serving. I must add that I have met many charming and polite ladies from Eastern Europe in Scotland, without whom the Scottish Hotel industry must surely collapse. Here in Crianlarich, the Slavic sisters dispensing the pizzas were a little... More
