Really nice friendly service, and the food was excellent. A step above your normal pub food. Nice relaxed ambiance too.

Service was good, nice comfortable warming atmosphere and wonderful food. Varied menu choices made it difficult to choose but this was a good thing.

Visited this place today for lunch , My daughter & her partner were here for a visit from Jersey and we wanted a nice lunch . On arrival we wanted to sit near a window with a view as we had been telling my daughter how nice it was. As we headed into the small bar area we were met... More

Good location with a spacious interior. While the service was good and the staff friendly we found the food to be of mixed quality. While the special fish over mashed potatoes was good, the fish and chips were disappointing; the fish dry and overly battered. The theme was repeated with the chicken BLT sandwich which consisted of dry chicken on... More

I'd have to say that it's the best burger I've tasted in a very long time. We shared the dessert platter at the end which was just as wonderful as... More
