A teashop found by following the brown tourism sign in Auchtermuchty. Cullen skink is a speciality. We have had tea here twice recently. Homemade cakes, big teapots and real tea.

Quaint strange old world tearoom. The service was good as was the tea and cake. They serve dinner in the evenings.

First impressions were not great as there is a slight musty, old smell about the place. But as it was the only place on the Auchtermuchty "High Street" that I could find selling food I decided to give it a go. I had the Cullen...More

Lovely old-fashioned tearoom, doing soups, rolls etc and also daily specials. Soup of the day today was lentil + bacon, very good, and nice fresh ingredients on our rolls. Friendly service from owner Neal, a world porridge champion!

Our family were in need of a hot drink and snack on our journey. Once inside the tearoom we felt like retreating, but were cold and hungry. We understand the tearoom is meant to depict an old fashioned element, but it was so cold we...More

Great place, especially if you remember Dr Findlay's case book, it has memorabilia of the filming there. But the food 😍 is fresh great and plenty. Cullen skink the best, stovies lovely, the whole place is an experience and very worth a special visit.
