Visited this pub as advertised Sunday carvery not on food not great waited a long time for food waitress did not know what was on or drinks no children's menu very disappointed would not visit again

Tried phoning on numerous occasions over 2 days and no answer, not even a recorded message. No information on website about hours or opening times, very disappointed, don't think we will bother again.

Called in here after they had stopped serving but the chef took pity on us and rustled up some great food in 10 mins. Would definitely return here if in the area.Highly recommended.

Historic local pub/restaurant located in small scenic village surrounded by beautiful scenery. Quirky split level restaurant offering locally sourced homemade food at great value. Lunches and evening meals are offered and we cater for small or large parties. We have a beer garden to the front where you can eat or drink. We also have a small car park.
