After hunting a round to find a place to eat in Criccieth we found The Lion Hotel. We went in the hotel bar and had a really nice meal. Would recommend this place. Lovely little bar. So give it try and enjoy.

We looked in Criccieth for a gluten free lunch and had no luck. So we tried this hotel and we had our lunch in their bar. The food was very good and there were several options. We will be back next time we visit.

Best Sunday lunch in Criccieth. Fresh good quality food, always cooked to a high standard. Friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. Pleasant surroundings, choice of table in bar or restaurant with view of gardens.

Eclectic mix of tasty seasonal food delivered in a fun and interesting way. Fan-tast-tic!!! 3 courses was about £21 and this was superior to other restaurants in the locality; many charging more than this for not such a great experience

My friends and I have just enjoyed a Sunday carvery here. The food was plentiful and hot, good choice of vegetables. We opted for the small carvery to leave room for a pudding. We chose rhubarb and apple crumble with custard which was steaming hot...More
