We came across The Potting Shed by accident, wrong turning off the A50. On pulling up to have a look, a passing lady mentioned the great afternoon teas. We went inside to ask for a look at the evening menu and were greeted very warmly...More

Average food with slightly slow service. Feel that the prices were over inflated as jumping on the Monmouth bandwagon . Disappointedly tucked away down a small alley, although signposted.

The excellent Pottingshed cafe that graced the town for a very short time has closed and moved up the A40 to Whitchurch. Hearty breakfasts and afternoon teas will require a three mile drive from now on.
