My only complaint was really that the chairs (or at least some of them) were not high enough, so the table was level with my bust, and eating was physically not very comfortable. No complaints about the service or the food.

Very mixed feeling about this place. Clearly it is popular because on Friday night it was packed and unfortunately extremely noisy – and not just people noise, but clanking of dishes and footsteps – impossible to have a conversation across the table without shouting. The...More

Although most of our restaurant choices were well-researched in planning our 11 day trip, this one was last minute before touring the Castle, on the recommendation of a local. Great atmosphere, food and service. 5 stars!

Not everyone wants a huge lunch and the starters offered here were a delicious alternative. Great welcome from the staff.

An interesting Inn with a long history. The ambiance is nice and ask for an explanation of the decorative tiled 'paintings'. The staff is attentive and wishes to make you feel good. The food is of good quality, although 2 of our first choices on...More

We visited the OKAH several times during our short stay at Pembroke, and found it a comfortable place for a quiet drink and also a great dinner out. We ordered tapas to start, and found all meals brought out exceptional. The beef pie was fantastic,...More

We were cold and a bit wet after visiting the castle so popped in for a pie and a pint, we thought. A fantastic warm welcome for the barman even though it was just approaching 2pm, lunch was not a problem. The menu was extensive...More

We never can tell how busy or quiet it is likely to be. Best therefore to phone and reserve a table. If you would like Sunday lunch request it when making the booking and we will do our best. Best wishes Shirley Wheeler

Description
We have a single menu for the main dining room and bar areas. The dining room is the oldest part of the hotel dating back to deeds of 1522. The dining room is a typical of a Welsh farm house with a large open fire that is lit every day over the winter period. The menu offers a selection from Welsh Tapas through to a selection of Welsh fillet & sirloin steaks and freshly caught fish directly from Milford Haven docks. We procure the majority of our food from local sources wherever possible.
