This place is family run, and very well priced. It's definitely a manly favourite of mine! Good coffee, good prices, excellent food.

Great food, great value, great coffee=). We are happy regulars to Hum Café. Try Set C (eggs, mushroom, grilled tomato, avocado, lettuce with coffee for only 11 dollars. I'm sure you will always go back.

My family and I have been going to this little gem for years now. Alot of the customers are daily regulars. Silvia and Sam (owners) will always look after you - Silvia almost remembers everyone's coffee order as soon as you walk in. The menu is simple but that's what you want going to a cheap cafe. The prices are... More

We visited because of the trip advisor rating and were disappointed. I think we were expecting a bigger menu with a variety of breakfast choices rather than essentially a choice of two big breakfasts (vegetarian or one with bacon & ham). The service was prompt and the total cost for two breakfasts and a babycino was $23. I don't think... More

Being a local, Silvia and Sam's Hum Cafe, tucked away in a lane way that fronts Manly Library is our weekend stop for breakfast and coffee - the meals are more than generous and the coffee always great. You get a picture of how good this place is by the number of locals thet frequent it - lots!!!! Not exactly... More

Being a former Manly local, I always head straight to Hum for great coffee, atmosphere and generous meals. By starting here on each Manly visit, it puts me straight into the laidback atmosphere of Manly. Located at the entrance to a small arcade, it is mostly frequented by locals in the know. Luckily the tourists bypass it as it is... More

Full of locals, all of whom are known by name to the owners, and whose orders are also well known. You'll see lots of people just walk in and have their order filled without asking for it. The owners are very cheeky, and can seem rude if you don't know them but it is a kind of well-received joke. They... More

Hum is full of regulars from the manly community. It serves good value, no fuss food and is very efficient but there is nothing special. The place is full of 'hum' artwork and is pretty cute in terns of decor. It's not fancy and coffee is probably what it does best.

My wife and I ate breakfast here two straight mornings on our holiday in Manly. The breakfast food was awesome - especially the bacon and egg sandwich! Also, it seemed like a true family-run operation with incredibly friendly staff. The prices were the most reasonable we saw for breakfast on our entire trip. You can't go wrong with Hum Cafe.
