Went for thanksgiving day. The wait is long but there is plenty of parking and an entertainment tent was set up outside the restaurant. They had a guy playing the guitar and refreshments while you waited to be seated. Once seated they brought so much...More

I was born & bred in the South. Eating at this place was like having my grandmother back there cooking in the kitchen!! Everything was AMAZING! My favorites by far were the fried catfish and fried okra. The fried chicken, banana pudding, green beans.... Ahhh!...More

We brought out-of-town family to The Manor, did a little self-guided tour. There is more food , served family-style on long tables where folks are seated as they enter, rather than in smaller groups. Bowls of everything from biscuits and cornbread, white gravy, preserves, cinnamon...More

Had the Sunday morning brunch. Fantastic, reasonably priced all you can eat family style food. Really good pan fried chicken, homemade biscuits and pastries.

This is one of my favorite family style places to eat. Passed plates with great food and friendly staff that will exceed your expectations! A must visit if you come to Nashville!

This Sunday was a Southern-style family style brunch where your decisions were mostly made for you. You'll sit at long tables, combined with other diners if yours is a small group. And once you've been seated, plates of food start arriving. Bacon, country ham (the...More

Family style brunch at it's best. We were seated at a large dining table with three other families which seemed a bit strange at first but the food was well worth the bit of initial awkwardness. We were served bacon/sausage/country ham with all the fixings...More

It's my understanding they don't take reservations, and it's the busiest day of the year. Staff said they open 10-6. May wait hours for seating.

We were there at lunch during the week and did not have a problem but I would recommend calling ahead to avoid a long wait or not getting in on the weekend. You will enjoy!

Great southern food served family style in a historic setting. Monell's at the Manor is located in an old antebellum home and our service is family style. No reservations, first come, first served. You will be placed at large tables with other people and we bring out platters of southern food. Price includes drink, dessert, entree, vegetables, salads and bread. Menu changes daily. Call for daily selections. After eating stroll upstairs and enjoy the antique furnishings or sit on the veranda and watch the planes go by. Everyone in the party must be present before being seated. We do not have private tables. We will keep your group all together. If you take up a chair, you will be charged. No cellphones at the table and pass to the left.
