I was lucky enough to get tickets online. We were limited on when we could go so I took whatever was available. Our seats were fabulous at Table 23. The entertainment was just okay. I found that all of the songs were a little on the slow side and quite obscure. It was neat to listen to some of their... More

In the casual atmosphere and intimate setting of the Bluebird Cafe, you can enjoy hearing how your favorite songs - and perhaps some new soon-to-be favorites, came to be. The singer-songwriters share their personal songs and stories of how they were created. On the night we visited, we were treated to the best: Tom Schuyler, Fred Knobloch, Tony Arata, and... More

Scored a bar seat and had an amazing night. All of the performers were incredible. A privelege to see writers describing and performing their own work. 8 hour one way drive and it was totally worth it. If you can get a ticket, I HIGHLY recommend putting this stop on your bucket list.

So I didn't know much about the Bluebird other than reservations are hard to get. I'm glad we got a table. This place is an opportunity for songwriters to have their songs heard. We got to listen to writers that had written songs for King George, Reba, and others. It was a relaxing evening listening to 4 different songwriters perform... More

We didn't have reservations, but still made it in for the Friday 6:30 show by waiting in line. There were 15-20 people ahead of us when we arrived 1.5 hours before showtime. The wait was worth it. There were four performers taking turns. Each musician sang and played acoustic guitar. While waiting in line before the show, one performer, Lance... More

As the other reviews state, you MUST plan ahead to see a show here. I'm glad we did, it was a unique music experience. It is also not overly expensive. The ticket prices are reasonable and you must simply spend $10 on food/drink while there. I would love to return someday as it seems that each show has its own... More

This is a must see attraction, even if you haven't watched the TV show (Nashville). Plan ahead at least a week to learn the reservation system and bid for your desired dates. There is some standby entry, but only for a very few and the lines are always long. Check their website for performers and instructions. We saw a song... More

First saw on the TV show Nashville. Make sure to get your tickets ahead of your visit. Watched a concert in the round with 4 great musicians . Super talented people for sure. Simple bar food, but tasted good and not outlandishly priced. A must see.

amazing music. this is a listening room. What a night. well known Nashville song writers singing and playing their songs for charity. The artist who wrote " I hope you'll dance" played his song and we all sang along. The female in the group wrote a song to rebuff an argument about a song from the Nashville TV show. She... More

I was very excited to travel to Nashville just to visit the Bluebird! The tickets that could be reserved were sold out within 3 minutes of being posted, so you must act quickly! Once our tickets were reserved we walked right in (a week later when we were actually in Nashville!) and sat at our table. Because of the limited... More
